ABOUT OUR LIBRARY

Mrs Radford and Mrs Meehan welcome you to the Delany Library.

The library is open from 8.00 - 3:30 (closed first half of lunchtime)

We are here to help you find and use information.
There is the story of the student who turned up at the reference desk at the local library and said "Gimme all you have on transport". Do you know why the librarian laughed? We sometimes laugh too, as we picture the huge amount of material we have that would meet your requests.

  • You will find us most useful when you tell us exactly what you need to know and how you will be using the information.
  • Bring your task sheet and some search terms with you when you come in to search.
We provide you with access to current, and appropriate information resources from a wide variety of sources, and will help you use them well.

Please respect the needs of others and follow the rules below.

Thanks for your help. We hope to see you often.
